As a seasoned Training Manager, Marta is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive roll-out plans, identifying training needs, and crafting tailored training strategies. Marta’s favourite feature of the PurGo software is the Round Planning Tool combined with the Round KPI. This powerful tool provides a clear, comprehensive view of costs and profits for each route, allowing for precise planning and optimisation.
